SeniorConnexx assists aging adults to experience belonging and meaningful social connection while maintaining their independence at home. In addition, the communities they call home learn to know, appreciate, and serve the needs of aging adults.

Friendly wellness check ins/visits
Volunteers offer older adults experiencing isolation with social contact, compassion, and support. Whether it is a regular phone call to check in and connect or a short visit in their home, our volunteers are making a difference!
Light house keeping and simple meal prep
Our volunteers assist our clients in small tasks in and around their homes to maintain their independence. These small, meaningful chores make a huge difference in our clients lives!
Community Companionship partner
Our clients get to enjoy their communities with the help of our volunteers! Whether it is taking clients grocery shopping, assisting them in daily chores or a ride to social community events it is a great way to keep our clients connected and reduce social isolation!
Transportation
Our clients have access transportation for essential medical appointments, errands and community activities through our partnership with Foothills Transportation Collaborative. These activities are critical to our clients maintaining connection with their community and medical teams to enhance their well being. Once a month we host a cooking class in our communities that brings our participants together to work with each other in preparing and enjoying a delicious meal. This time together provides our participants with social connections, learning new skills and techniques and overall joy. Coffee Chat
Once month we host Coffee Chat to reduce social isolation with our participants. We are pleased to offer a monthly coffee event in our communities. Keeping older adults socially engaged is an important aspect of their overall well-being. Whether it is sharing memories, discussing current events or small talk, participants enjoy this time with others and there are lots of smiles and laughs!
