WRCC is an Emotional Safe Spot for anyone feeling disconnected, alone or just needing to chat. Supporting the unique needs of Seniors, individuals, youth and families. Our aim is to provide a listening ear, a practical service and/or referrals to other community resources to build a support network.

ESCORTED TRANSPORTATION

Assisting Seniors and persons with mobility and health challenges to access affordable local and transportation between communities for their medical appointments and essential outings. Call 403-601-2910 for more information

Practical Kindness

This may be a Shopping Companion, a ride to non-medical activities, light yard/gardening work, going for walks, phone call check ins or sharing a hobby together. Call 403-601-2910 for more information

PARENTING SUPPORT

Parenting is a daily adventure complete with daily challenges, and we all need a little help every now and then.

CONVERSATIONS WITH SENIORS

Join one of our SeniorConnexx activities such as Cooking Events for Seniors, Coffee Chat, or having one of our caring volunteers come for a visit and conversation.

CONNECTIONS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES

 If we don’t have the supports you need to fit with your unique situation, then we will connect you with someone who can. We can help connect you to Therapists to provide individual, couples and youth with affordable and local counselling supports.
